Where are you located?

I work from 2 beautiful and convenient studio locations. On Sundays and Mondays i work from 225 Club Boutique Gym in Cobham Village, Surrey. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays Just off fair mile Lane, Cobham, Surrey

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through my online booking system HERE, or email me at rebecca@thesurreyfacialist.com for personal assistance.

What are your opening hours?

I am open Sunday 8am-1pm | Monday 8am - 8pm | Tuesday and Wednesday 9am - 7pm

What is your cancellation policy?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% fee due to the short notice and inability to fill the appointment slot.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, when booking an appointment online you are asked to enter your credit/debit card details, You will be charged a 25% deposit to secure your appointment, this will be deducted from your treatment cost after your appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as secure online payments.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes you can purchase digital Gift Vouchers via my booking page available as £ amount or a treatment

How should I prepare my skin before a facial?

Simply arrive as you are. If you can, come with minimal makeup to maximise your treatment time.

Can I have a treatment if I’ve recently had Botox?

If you’ve had facial Botox within the past two weeks, we ask that you reschedule for at least two weeks after your treatment to allow everything to settle.

What if I’ve had facial fillers or chemical peels?

Please allow a minimum of two weeks after facial fillers, and follow your practitioner’s aftercare advice. For chemical peels, please wait until your skin has fully healed and is no longer sensitive.

Can I have an ultrasound facial if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Ultrasound facials are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. I can suggest alternative, safe treatments to support your skin during this time.

I have a coldsore on my lip, i am Ok to still have a facial?

No, coldsore are highly contagious, please wait until the coldsore has healed before having a facial treatment?What skincare products do you use?

Do you offer consultations before treatments?

Yes — prior to your treatment you will be asked to complete a thorough health questionnaire. Every appointment includes a consultation to ensure your facial is tailored to your needs and any recent treatments or concerns.

What is Golki massage?

Golki is a Korean facial technique that uses firm yet precise pressure to sculpt, lift, and stimulate circulation, promoting a more defined and refreshed appearance.

What is lymphatic drainage massage?

This gentle technique encourages the natural movement of lymph fluid, helping to reduce puffiness, improve circulation, and support detoxification.

What is Japanese scalp massage?

A deeply relaxing massage that stimulates the scalp, improves blood flow, and promotes a sense of calm and wellbeing — while also benefiting hair and scalp health.

What is myofascial release?

A therapeutic technique that releases tension in the fascia (connective tissue) to improve mobility, relieve tightness, and support better skin health and tone.

What skincare products do you use?

We use Skin Rocks — a clinically led, results-driven skincare range that combines high-performance actives with skin-friendly formulations.

Can I buy products from you?

Yes — we stock the full range of products used in my treatments, so you can continue your skin journey at home with professional recommendations.

Is there any downtime after a facial?

Most treatments have no downtime, and you’ll leave with fresh, glowing skin.

Can I wear makeup straight after?

You can, but I recommend letting your skin breathe for a few hours to maximise the benefits.

What skincare should I use following my treatment?

We provide personalised aftercare and product recommendations tailored to your treatment and skin type.

Are there activities I should avoid post-facial?

Yes — avoid heat treatments (sauna, steam room), intense exercise, or direct sun exposure for at least 24 hours.

Can my friend and i come for treatments together, at the same time?

I only have space for 1 client at a time, we can book back you back treatments so that you can come together and wait for each other.
